A slightly depleted energy bar
A player demandsEnergyto usetools, with the exception ofof, armen, Into give in. Collecting or moving a box empty-handed also costs energy. The currently available energy is indicated on the player's energy bar, which shows the decrease as the day progresses.
Energy can be replenishedmaximumby eating positive energy foods. Consuming foods with negative energy, such asSapofInvalid mayonnaisereduces energy. To consume food, place it on the hotbar (top row of the inventory) and press action (Right click) along. A notification at the bottom left of the screen shows the energy and health you gain from eating food. Typically, more expensive foods provide more energy than cheaper foods.
RaidsSpaalso restores energy at 10 points per second.[1]In aMultiplayergame, players can slowly restore energy by standing in bed at 2 points per second.[2](If the "Go to Bed" dialog box appears, answer "No" and stay put.)

Exhaustion
The player becomes exhausted when he reaches 0 energy, indicated by an X dialogue bubble above the player's head and the message "You feel sluggish from overexertion." The player's movement speed is significantly reduced, the use of weapons and tools takes longerFishing rodscan no longer be cast. Other energy consuming tools can be used, but the player's energy level will be negative. At -15 energy the player faints and the day ends. If the player faints anywhere outside the house, the player loses 10% of their money, up to a maximum1.000 gr.
Increase the energy back above zero (e.g.,by eating food) will restore the player's movement and allow them to throw fishing rods again, but the player will remain exhausted for the rest of the day. There is no in-game indicator for this persistent depletion, but it results in a 50% reduction in nightly energy recovery. This aftereffect can be avoided by curing exhaustion or by consumingMuscle remedy, or ifgift) kiss the player's partner for the first time of the day.[3]
There are a few warning signs to warn the player of impending exhaustion. If the energy is less than 20, any activity that requires energy will cause the energy bar to shake and emit beads of sweat. Once the energy drops below 15, the message "You're starting to feel exhausted." These are warnings, not indicators of true exhaustion, and have no effect on player activity or overnight energy recovery.
To sleep
Sleeping restores the player's original energy level for the next day. Going to bed at 12:00 or earlier usually restores energy to its maximum. However, if the player goes to bed too late, faints, or is exhausted, the amount of energy recovered is reduced.
If the player goes to sleep exhausted, sleep removes exhaustion, but energy regeneration is reduced by 50%.
Energy recovery is also reduced if the player goes to bed after 12:00. This reduction stacks with the fine spent.
The amount of energy reduction is calculated in the table below.[4]
Time | Energy loss |
---|---|
12:10 | -2,5% |
12:20 | -5% |
12:30 pm | -7,5% |
12:40 pm | -10% |
12:50 | -12,5% |
13.00 | -25% |
01:10 | -27,5% |
01:20 | -30% |
1:30 am | -32,5% |
01:40 | -35% |
01:50 | -37,5% |
2:00 am | -50% |
If the calculated starting energy level of the new day is lower than the player's actual energy level at the time of entering hibernation, the player's energy level remains unchanged and will not be reduced unless he or she is exhausted.
A player cannot start a day with less than 1 energy.
Level up
The morning after a skill is improved (or after switching professions).Statue of uncertainty), the player wakes up with full energy regardless of the sleep or exhaustion calculation.
Restoration
In addition to sleeping, certain actions can be taken to restore energy. These include: usageSpa, to be in oneSengwhile playingMultiplayerand eat certain foods.
