OfAnalyst, Asset ManagementWill be responsible for helping his team to create and support financial predictions for existing assets.

Analyst, Asset Management will play an integrated role in current capital management and strategic, long -term strategy for QTS.In this role you will work as a member of a small, tight team at a rapid pace environment that supports the accelerating growth of QTS that includes cooperation between different departments in QTs to improve strategic insights and decisions and coordinate various reporting requirements.level.

Responsibility for other tasks can be assigned

• Maintain different models, databases and reports on important poring measures to support more groups throughout the organization.

• Partner with Capital Management Leadership to support in -DETTH Reporting on Development Plans and schedules at a detailed activity level, including support for project budgets and important budget deviations.

• Partner with assigned facility management teams to support and report company data at full levels, including share content, leasing pipeline, budget deviations and benchmarking.

• Analyzes and interpreted information about real estate level including historical operational statements, budgets, ridge defense, lease contracts, loan agreements, etc.

• Integrate information from different departments to guarantee consistency with budget and FP&A report.

• Support projections at assets level such as appreciation, stabilized yields and ROIC analysis

• Create research, prepare reports for and analyze market and economic data to support the development of asset strategies at the activity level.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably with a concentration in finance, finance, accounting or mathematics or similar work experience.
