The Release & Implementation Manager is responsible for the entire life cycle of release management and ensures a smooth and effective process for implementing releases.What is split into every release and helps to resolve conflicts with any competitive priorities.
Working day management:
• Demonstrate in -Detth Knowledge of Working Day Line Management, including configuration, security and data management.
• Manage tenant accounts, user access and permits, which ensures proper maintenance of user profiles.
• Rent a strong problem -solving skills to solve and resolve problems -related problems.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of changes, updates and best practices.
• Maintain data integrity within the working day system and ensures accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Show leading capacity in change management continues to respond to the developing needs of the Work Day platform.
Product support:
• Support for product owners through the full project life cycle from the first implementation to continuous improvements / optimisations, addressing and solution of problems related to the implementation of solutions on the working day platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of HR / financial business processes and their technical integration with working day functionalities.
• ensures that the correct quality of testing the design of the solution (s) E2E has been achieved, in a production such as the environment before implementation.
• Develop and facilitate the process for mergers and acquisitions, on board new acquisitions for the working day platform and the wider BackOffice -eco system.
