We've all heard of itchocolate bars become smallerover the years, but what about burgers?
I know, it never really occurred to me either, but there are people who believe there is a grand conspiracy going on.McDonald's.
Rumors started circulating when someone compared the size of a Filet-O-Fish, the McChicken sandwich and the fast food restaurant's beef burgers.

In another postFacebookNaturally, one customer posted a photo of the three meals side by side and claimed something strange was going on.
"Has the McDonald Filet-O-Fish always been this small? I don't remember it being that small?!" they asked.

“Like the quarter pounder, which got its name when it was still a quarter pound of beef, that is hardly the case now,” said one.
Another said: "Last week we had Big Macs. Not only had the buns shrunk, but the patties were so thin we could literally see through them. It was like they had cut them in half."
“Increased price...deflated goods,” said a third.
But while many had noticed a change in the size of their flesh, not everyone was so quick to jump to conclusions.

One customer said, "It's the same size bun as the cheeseburger, it's always been small."
Well, McDonald's has now come out in the wake of the backlash to assure customers that nothing has changed.
A spokesperson for the chain said: “There have been no changes to the size of our burgers.
“We aim to offer our customers high-quality and great value burgers using 100 per cent RSPCA approved chicken and 100 per cent Australian beef.”

But while Maccies claims it has not changed the size of its products, the same cannot be said of Mars, as it was revealed last month that the confectionery giantreduce the size of his Twix bars.
Yes, if you pick up one of these darlings in the near future, it will be smaller than you previously remembered.

In fact, it becomes three grams lighter, from 23 to 20 grams.
In other words: that's about 15 percent of the entire bar!
And as if that wasn't bad enough, they are also becoming more and more expensive.
Tesco is to sell 16 packs of 'fun size' - which has always been a confusing term - for £3, up from £2 for the same number of bars of the previous size, according toThe salesman.
At Sainsbury's they are selling the new multipack for £2.80, which is what they were before the weight reduction
