  • Games purchased throughnintendo.comwill be automatically downloaded to the console linked to your Nintendo Account.
  • For pre-orders, the game will be pre-loaded onto your system approximately seven days before the game is released. You can start playing the game after downloading a minor update that was available at the time the game was released.

Possible solutions

  • Make sure your system is connected to the Internet and compliantthese requirements.
  • Check the Nintendo Switch HOME menu to see if there is a game icon indicating that the download is currently in progress. If the transfer is still in progress, please wait for the transfer to complete.
