Some in-app purchases, such as in-game currency or tips, are consumable, meaning they run out as you use them. You cannot restore consumable purchases.Learn about different types of in-app purchases.
You may be able to get a refund for a non-consumable purchase, such as an upgrade to a pro version, an additional feature in a game, or a subscription:
Open the app you used to purchase the item.
Look for an option to restore. You can find it in the app store, main menu, settings menu or settings menu.
If you try to restore and nothing happens or you get an error message
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase.
Restart your device.
