Cloud backup, also known as online backup or remote backup, is a strategy for sending a copy of a physical or virtual file or database to a secondary, off-site location for preservation in case of equipment failure, site catastrophe or human malfeasance.

Transferring your save data

If you have multiple consoles, you can transfer your latest save data from one console to another so you can keep playing from where you left off.

Only previously backed up save data can be restored. Current save data will be overwritten when backup save data is restored. The save data and software must be on the same SD card when you restore save data.
