Just to play devil’s advocate here for a moment, some of these are really non-issues, or at least should be if you play the weapon right. Weapon swapping can mitigate low mobility, high stamina use, etc. The hammer does NOT need more cleave, and the slow attack speed is a feature, not a bug (and less of a problem nowadays with the new keystones).
