How do you prepare your Chicken McNuggets®?

We start with all the white meat chicken cut from the tenderloin, breast and ribs and mix this with a marinade for flavor and juiciness and to help them keep their nice shape.

When everything is mixed, we create the famous fourKip McNuggets®shapes - bell, boot, ball and bone. They are covered in a light tempura batter, partially fried and flash frozen to preserve the flavor.
