How to score sounds fishy? ›

Points are allocated to the guesser as well as the red herrings and true blue kipper depending on how well the round played out. The guesser will gain 1 point for each red herring they flip plus 1 additional point if they guess all of the red herrings (hence only the true blue answer is left).

Game Description

"Fishy" is an addictive arcade online game that puts you in the role of a hungry little fish who wants to grow up fast. But there's only one way - eat smaller fish to grow bigger.

Sharks are in the middle of the play area with a beach ball or pool noodle for tagging. Minnows are at the start line. Sharks begin the game by saying, “Fishy, fishy, cross my ocean!” Minnows try to cross the ocean (play area), using a teacher-selected locomotor movement, without being tagged.

The game is won by the player who has collected the most sets of four like cards. So, unlike other card games that incentivize the player to “go out” as quickly as possible, Go Fish players are incentivized to stay in the game and collect cards.

Players move their object token around the board and eliminate information throughout the game. They can use their pet's special power once during the game to help them get an advantage. When someone is ready to make an accusation they secretly look at the cards placed in the case envelope.
