Sebring, fl.-The second day of the criminal process of Sebring Shooter was filled with emotional testimonies when the lawyer heard from a bank storyteller who survived the massacre, witnesses to the closed bank and so the five victims were on the floor, as well as a recording Mellemezephen Xaver and a crisis trader.
A jury will decide whether Xaver will be sentenced to death whether the rest of his life will spend the possibility of processlessness to kill four Suntrust Bank employees and a customer on January 23, 2019.
On Tuesday morning Benjamin Wysokowski testified that he was during the break and watched his lunch at and YouTube videos when he heard a loud scent.
"My first thought was that it was a fireworks," he said.
He continued to explain that he was able to see a video from the lobby area, and when he heard another scent, Wysokowski told the jury that he realized that they were photographing and that he from the back door and by aBOSTE -CLADED TERRITORIUM RENDE.

Wysokowski remembered that he fell into a ditch before he ran to a house.
Wysokowski said that after the shooting he had to take about a year and a half from work and now work for a factory in quality assurance.
Benjamin Wysokowski, a bank storyteller who escaped from the shooting, took the position on Tuesday morning.
After the testimony of Wysokowski, a woman entered the couch while Xaver was in the parking lot, the position.
She said they have lunch at McDonald's after she went to the couch and watched more police cars on their way to Suntrust.

He said his wife called 911 and that the police arrived in approx. 90 seconds.
Victor Sparks told a jury that on January 23, 2019 he saw five people lying on the banking basis on the banking basis and that he heard two scent when he went back to his car.
The morning ended with juries who listened to the recording of a conversation between Xaver and crisis trader James 'Chris' Carr.
When asked how many people there are on the bank, Xaver replied that there were five when he arrived there.
Xaver explained that he moved to a back room because two of the population still breathed.
Carr said he would help Xaver and started asking him questions.
He asked Xaver what the voices told him and Xaver answered, "Do it today."
James 'Chris' Carr was the crisis trader with the Highland's County Sheriff's Office office, who spoke with Xaver while he was in Suntrust Bank.
When asked if he always had the voices in mind, Xaver said he has heard the voices since he was 11 years old.
Xaver also told him that he was in a behavioral health center for about a month and a half, but it didn't matter.
Xaver asked to be called Jack and admitted that it was a false name.
Carr tried to get Xaver to put the gun down and leave the couch, but when he refused, he tried to control the conversation to talk about things like where Xaver grew up, cars and sport.
After about about 45 minutes, Carr Xaver brought down his gun and went out with his arms up.

Monday, after hearing the public prosecutor Bond Johnson explain why the state Florida wants Xaver to get the death penalty, Jury Leader listened to the 911 call Xaver made from Binnen Suntrust Bank after having killed the five women.
During the shooting he told 911 operator Kristin Johnson that he had wanted to die since he was nine years old and would kill others since he was 11.He kept saying that he had heard voices to kill because he was 12 years old.

The man, the police say, shot and killed five people in a Sebring, Florida Suntrust was bankDescribed by a woman who knew him as "normal" and "well rested".
Sharon Spillane, a friend of Xaver's parents, told Fox 13 in 2019 that she never saw this coming in a million years.
"We have cooked together, I have been to their house, we have seen films. They are a very normal family," said Spillane."He had a job and he was very quiet and very well rested. Time that I saw him was very well developed, always a good posture and well spoken.
Xaver's ex-friend, however, outlines another photo.In an earlier interview with Fox 13,Alex Gerlach said Xaver was possessed by weapons and knives.
"The only thing I can remember is that he was talking about weapons and guns of guns," said Gerlach in an interview of 2019. "He will physically hurt people."
According to Gerlach, she met Xaver in a psychiatric hospital in 2013. She said they had gone out and engaged for about two years.

"At one point my mother was afraid because she thought he would hurt me physically," Gerlach explained, who described Xaver as a troubled teenager."For some reason, he always hated people and wanted everyone to die."
Gerlach said that over the years, Xaver kept making cool remarks and said a week before the shooting, he sent her a picture of him with a gun.
"I have been afraid for years and every person I have told has not taken it seriously, and it is very unfortunate that it had to come for this," she said in 2019.
Documents provided by the Bremen police in the state officials of Indiana went to the High School of Xaver in 2014, after the school officials said he had disturbing thoughts.
The documents say that Xaver told the school officials that he had dreams to hurt his classmates.
The Florida Department of Corrections confirmed that Xaver was a trainee of Criminal Officer at Avon Park Correctional Institution for approximately two months.

After the shooting, the brother-in-law of Piñon-Williams issued a public statement on behalf of the family.

"Heren of hers was easy. Living without her will be tough. Our family will not only survive, but we will also thrive," said Tim Williams.
Bank employee Marisol Lopez, 55, leaves her husband and two children behind.
"She had the best personality, always friendly, always smiling and always generous," said Osborne Fox 13 News in an earlier interview.
Officials said there was another employee of the bank at the time of the shooting.
Does Zephen Xaver get the death penalty?
The Xaver process will be one of the first high -profile matters in Florida, where the death penalty is no longer related to a unanimous juryzin.

Attorney Brian Haas says that all five families of the victims support the death penalty in this case.
Prosecutors say they have to call more than 100 witnesses, and Xavier's criminal law is expected to take a few weeks.
