I love these chicken burgers because they are healthy, easy to make, and packed with flavor. I always have what I need to throw the spices together quickly, and I like to do it first thing in the morning to cut down on prep time.
Condiments for chicken burgers:
- Olive oil
- Chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cumin
- Oregano
- Salt pepper
This is how you make chicken burgers:
- Brush the chicken fillet halves with oil.
- Mix herbs together
- Season the chicken pieces on both sides.
- Grill.
- Top with pureed avocado, onion, lettuce, cheese or desired toppings.
Tips for grilling chicken fillet:
- Clean the grill.Set the grill to high heat and when it has time to heat up, use a wire grill brush to scrub the grates clean of any food debris.
- Grease the grates.Use a lightly oiled paper towel to spread oil over the hot grills. (Use tongs to hold the paper towel)
- Let the grill get HOT.Do not place food on the grill until it is hot. We like to grill our chicken breasts over medium heat so that they cook quickly and retain their moisture.
- Do not overcook.The chicken breast halves should be fried for about 3-4 minutes on each side. To test doneness, pierce the chicken with your finger or tongs and if it feels tender, cook longer.

- 4 Halves of chicken fillet , without skin and bones
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salty
Toppings kipburger:
- 1 big avocado peeled, seeded, pureed
- 4 slices provolon ost , or your favorite kind
- 1/2 rode ui , into thin slices
- 4 sheet green green salad , washed and patted dry
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
Mix herbs together. Lightly brush the chicken breast halves with oil and sprinkle herbs on both sides of the chicken.
Easily prepare, clean and oil grill grates. Turn on the grill to medium heat.
Once hot, cook the chicken for about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Be careful not to overcook the chicken and remember that the chicken will continue to cook a little even after it is removed from the grill.
Cover with aluminum foil to rest while you prepare the burger tops. Mash the avocado in a bowl and sprinkle with a little lemon juice if necessary to prevent browning.
Collect burgers. To enjoy!
