1. In Mail on iCloud.com:to electthe email(s) you want to delete.

   Tip:To select all emails in a folder, press Command-A on a Mac (or Ctrl-A on a Windows computer).

2. Do one of the following:

   • If you selected one email address:Clicktop right.

   • If you have selected multiple email addresses:Click on Trash.

When you see itor Archive, you have selected "Show archive icon on toolbar" in Mail settings. To seeArchiveer e-mail in Mail op iCloud.com. To delete one or more emails, do one of the following:

• If you selected one email address:Clickat the top right and then click Trash.

• If you have selected multiple email addresses:Click Move, click Trash, and then click Move.

You can delete all emails in the trash at the same time.

Important:When you empty the trash, emails are permanently deleted. You can't fix them.

1. In Mail, click iCloud.comon top ofList of mailboxes.

2. Select Empty Trash and click Empty Trash again.

You can set iCloud Mail to permanently and immediately delete emails when you delete them, instead of moving them to the Trash.

2. Click Mailbox Behavior, then turn off "Move Deleted Messages To."

By default, emails in iCloud Mail are moved to the Trash when you delete them. You can change the folder they are moved to.

2. Click Mailbox Behavior, select 'Move deleted messages to', click the current folder, select a different folder, or clickto create a new folder and then click Done.
