- A 20 gram truffle is the size of a squash ball.
- A 50 gram truffle is the size of a large chicken egg.
- A 100 gram truffle is the size of a tennis ball.
- A 200 gram truffle is about the size of an emu egg.
- A minimum serving size for an entree is 3 grams (@$3/g = $9/serving)
- A minimum portion for a main plate is 5g (@$3/g = $15/serving)
