DescriptionOver the roleAs a store supervisor you support the store management team to maintain the Total Wine & More brand by offering the best in the class service, selection and value for our customer.Duut in the absence of a store manager.Store Management Team.

You will
Give customer service by greeting and setting up a relationship with customers and informing them about our products and services
Create and promote a sales -oriented environment through the development of team members
Open and close the store
Help with the training and management of team members
Monitor for Kassier, Merchandising and Sales Floor Activities
Become a member of wine, spirits and beer training to become familiar with the products of Total Wine & More
Maintain the standards for the safety and cleanliness of the store on the sales floor, storage space, cupboards, kitchen, bathroom, etc.
What we are looking for
21 years or older
Possibility to work on a full plan as the company requires
Experience with the use of technology that applies to the position and access information required to complete daily responsibilities
2 years of experience in the retail trade, customer service or experience in the field of hospitality, to include register transactions, to identify/solve customer problems and coach colleagues or team
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and fascinating attitude
Value cooperation and acts as a team player
Wish to develop knowledge of product and services
High school diploma or associated preference
Physical requirements (with or without residence)
Go, bend down repeatedly and be going on for 8-10 hours a day
