Make sure you used the straight brackets and not the curved brackets or it won't work. The last bracket for farmer is not displayed. THIS IS FASTER, text boxes are skipped.
With the names listed above, the items are linked to the numbers when an NPC says the name. The name of the farm will give you a chain totem for your farm and a cup of coffee. The player's name gives you the legend fish and treasure chest. these are sold together for 10,000. Gus opens his bar at 12:00 Oponly day onewhen you talk to him while you're both standing behind his counter, he says your name every time. Since you're skipping text boxes, you can hold down X and A, which will fly you through time. You just have to stop every now and then and press A to see how much you have.

The farm name doesn't matter if you skip the intro, so if you're not interested in warps or speed boosts, skip the intro.
The intro sometimes gets stuckso that the selection button jumps to the end. I got 38 of each valuable item and 1 of the speed items by watching the intro until it froze.

Yes, but it will be extremely slow. the 10 million animal achievement triggers once, but Gus will say your name indefinitely on the first day.

Ah, so that's why you can use the 107 wallpaper in the Big Coop as a dinosaur egg. Nice!

I used [163][166][74] It gives you 12,000 G per bundle of 3 and it takes 834 to get to 10 million. It's not that bad, it definitely takes less than an hour.

It's worth noting that as of 11/8/2019, the item name bug no longer works, as it was fixed with the 1.3 Multiplayer update.
(TECHNICALLY, this bug still works *occasionally*, but not reliably. It seems like there are a few random conversations that still produce items with the bug - for example, I did a Help Wanted search for Emily and her thank-you conversation has produced items for me. But talking to Gus on the first day, as well as almost every other instance, including buying animals from Marnie and naming them, no longer works.)
