The licensed Occupational Nurse (LVN) is a person with specific knowledge and technical skills to help the registered nurse to provide care to a designated group of patients.Registered nurse.

Essential tasks:
- Applications and practice assessment, participation in planning, implementing interventions in accordance with the plan for care or treatment plan and contributes to the evaluation of individualized interventions with regard to the care plan or the treatment plan.
- Provides direct patient care.
- Management of medicines.
- Shows professional communication skills for patient care, education and interdisciplinary team cooperation.
- Plant diagnostic tests and activities ordered by the doctor as necessary.
- Ensures that patient diagrams are drawn up before the appointment, including X series and relevant laboratory work, do events to get the necessary special equipment.
- Performs basic management tasks.
- Treats phone calls and writes correspondents.
- Serves as a connection between doctors and other persons.
- Takes patient stories and vital characters and documents accordingly in EMR.
- Implants an effective and effective patient flow.
- Performs first aid and resuscitation if necessary.
- Helps doctors with exams and treatments allowed by license.
- Organizes a pharmacy request to approve a doctor.

Required qualifications:
- Req High School of Equivalent
- REQ specialized/technical education trained for an accredited professional program
- REQ shows the ability to work effectively with doctors, staff and patients.
- REQ competent computer skills in Microsoft Word and internet access and use.
- REQ shows excellent customer service behavior.
- REQ strong interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive situations and confidential information
- REQ is able to take decisions effectively and with the right input from stakeholders
Preference qualifications:
- For 2 years of experience in emergency care or outpatient care.
- Pref LVN - Intravenous Therapicertification (CA DCA)
Necessary licenses/certifications:
- REQ Licensed Occupational Nurse - LVN (CA DCA) Geldige California Vocational Nursing License
- REQ Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare provider of the American Heart Association
- Req Fire Life Safety Training (LA City)
The hourly rate interval for this position is $ 25.00- $ 39.69, internal peer equity, federal, national, state and local laws, contractual regulations, financing and external market and organizational considerations.
