The subscription -URL automatically fills the agenda with your tasks of seven days in the last to thirty days in the future.
Tasks are entered in your agenda as private, all events that do not block time on your agenda.Calendar -Events contain the following information from Resource Management:

Create a report
Make a report that contains the data that you want to export.For Teexampase You can make a report with the name October Invessioning;Adjust your settings, since the needs can make and export reports on projects, phases, vacation time or the data you want to use in QuickBooks.
Click on the top of the screenAnalyseAnd then apply the following settings:
- Toon: Hours
- Time frame: Adjusted date interval (October 1 - October 31)
- First group of: Project (display all projects in this time frame)
- Then group of: team member (shows all the hours that all people in your company work within this time frame).
Save reports in your personal page or analysis page to easily open them in the future.
Export your data
to electExposet at the top right and selectExport time items to QuickBooks. This stores a .IIF file, Quickbooks -specific files that contain all your Resource Management Data.Gem this file on a easy to find.
Open QuickBooks
- Open QuickBooks.sør that you have all your employees with affiliated invoice rates in the system.
- NavigateFil>Utilities>Import>Import .iif -fil
- Select the project you want to invoice.click onMake an invoiceat the bottom of the page.
- Your invoice must sign factures made in Quickbooks and adjust them with hours registered in Resource Management.
QuickBooks Data Porting
The .iff file that you download from Resource Management does not have to have any further layout for imports in Quickbooks.
Spelling and distance between all your goods must be exactly the same between the two systems.
