My iPhone 6 has had a number of battery problems where it runs extremely fast and the phone is visually slower, I read that the factory can help your iPhone Reset with the battery life and your iPhone can accelerate.That is all in my iCloud account, I just wondered if I am doing such an action when I reset my iPhone, my iCloud photos, contacts, notes, etc.

Nothing on your iCloud account has been removed.
After setting up, restoring your backup, everything that is not in the backup is restored to the relevant store or iCloud -Photo Library, etc.
