“Food is essential for life, that's why it's good.”
S. Truett Cathy 1921-2014
Real food, high standards
In our kitchens we try to focus on freshly prepared dishes, prepared with high-quality ingredients. We serve chicken made from breast meat, breaded by hand in the restaurant. Fresh ingredients are delivered to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are prepared throughout the day. Our regular Chick-fil-A®Lemonade is prepared daily with lemon juice, pure cane sugar and water.
Selective about the chicken we serve
Serving quality food has always been our priority. Because chicken is central to our menu, we only serve real breast meat, without fillers, artificial preservatives or steroids. Like other chickens in the US, ours contain no added hormones. We source our chicken from farms across the United States, in accordance with our ownAnimal welfare standards.
We prioritize ingredient transparency and responsible sourcing partnerships. We have committed to only purchasing 100% cage-free eggs by 2026.
Carefully composed recipes
Whether it's offering healthier options or simply removing unnecessary ingredients, we believe in fast food that's better for you. We are working on a menu that achieves these goals and enhances your experience without sacrificing great taste.
Eating well on the road can be a challenge. That's why we work hard to offer balanced options – from our classic menu items made with quality ingredients to other nutritionally challenged menu items likeGrilled chicken sandwichInKale Crunch Side.
Real ingredients
Chick-fil-A comes from real, whole boneless chicken breasts, with no added fillers, steroids or hormones, which brings out the best natural flavor. We strive to serve chicken without Antibiotics Important to Human Medicine (NAIHM).
Responsible purchasing
Farm-direct coffee
Farmers thrive®, a specialty coffee company, supplies our coffee to our restaurants in Canada and the US. Chick-fil-A Puerto Rico coffee is sourced locally from Puerto Rico Coffee Roasters.
Lemons grown in the USA
Sunkist lemons come from orchards in the US. Family owned businesses in California and Arizona work hard to ensure that the lemonade we serve you is made from quality lemons.
Always improved by potatoes
Idaho-based potato company Lamb Weston supplies our Waffle Potato Fries™ and Hash Browns. Like us, they believe that what we do today can have an impact for years to come. They work to reduce their impact on the environment and have implemented sustainable potato growing methods on their farm. Please note that we also source potatoes from other suppliers for use in Chick-fil-A®restaurants. Please contact your local restaurant for more information.
If you say something tastes amazing, you're saying it tastes even better than great or really good. Wow, this pasta salad is amazing! This is an informal way of saying something tastes good. If you find something to be delicious, you could simply say “Yummy!” or you could expand it into a sentence.
It's especially important when you describe some food. Make sure you use such words as delicious, splendid, juicy, tasty, amazing, and something of the kind. In other words, implement colorful adjectives that really provide the feelings people get when they eat the food you describe.
Food is any nutrient-rich material consumed or absorbed by humans, animals, or plants in order to sustain life and growth. The major sources of food are animals and plants. It is consumed because it provides energy and nourishment and keeps humans and animals healthy.
A meal is an occasion when people sit down and eat, usually at a regular time. She sat next to him throughout the meal. It's rare that I have an evening meal with my children. A meal is the food you eat during a meal.
