And if your fast food order includes items that aren't traditionally considered "healthy," don't beat yourself up. Nutrition is more than just nourishing our bodies. It is cultural, social and much more. Sharing fries with a friend will obviously limit your calorie intake, but it's also an opportunity for community and to create a fun memory.
