Olivia tells Viola/Cesario that she doesn't want to hear anything else from the Duke, then slyly hints at her interest in Cesario. She wants to see Cesario again. This line warns Viola of the dangerous situation she is in now that Olivia is in love with Cesario.

Frustrated to the point of madness, Orsino turns on Cesario: it's entirely his fault that Olivia rejected him, andhe will take revenge. He knows that Olivia loves Cesario, and he's ready to "pluck Cesario from Olivia's cruel eye" for giving Cesario all her loving looks.
