Echo Hunters is one of the first events in Wuthering Waves. To complete it and earn a bunch of free Astrite, all you have to do is hunt down five target Echoes, level up your database, and complete a quest called Silver-Haired Echo Trainer.

This is actually a lot easier than it sounds, but many players struggle with Echo Hunters due to the confusing user interface and menus you have to scroll through to track down your targets. But once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to cross the event off your list in no time.

All 5 target echo locations i Wuthering Waves
The most important part of the event is tracking all five target echoes. The game doesn't seem to give you any hints, but you can click on the blank images of each target echo and the game willshows you exactly where to find them on the map.You don't even have to pay attentionavailable numbers.
Just nowclick or tap on one of the imagesand you will be brought to youEkko Galleri. That is, "This Echo is not unlocked yet," but you can click on itTracksbutton in the lower right corner of the screen to openEco-yachtmenu. From there, simply clickTo discoverbutton and you'll be shown the exact map location of that echo, as well as information about its weaknesses and resistances.

How to reach database level 10
The second part of the event requires you to reachDatabase level 10. Increasing your database level is an important part of progressing in Wuthering Waves, so it's important to learn the ins and outs of the system now.
Your database level determinesyear isof Echoes, the highestrarityof echoes you can absorb and your totalCostlimit to equip Echoes. You can earn Data Bank EXP by collectingunique echoes (duplicates do not count). As you register more unique Echoes for your collection, you'll upgrade your database and earnAstrietand other rewards along the way.
To reach database level 10 you need at leastUnilevel 20so you can get your SOL3-phase. You can't upgrade your database that far until you've passed that threshold, so you can't just run Echoes right away to get the event out of the way.
Upgrading your database level is important not only to increase your chances of obtaining rare ultrasounds, but also toimproving your endurance. Each database level gives you a small boost to your maximum stamina, making exploration much easier.
Here's how to complete the silver-haired echo trainer
The final part of the event requires you to complete a side quest calledSilver-haired Echo Trainer. You can follow the quest directly from the Echo Hunters event page, but you can also find it in your quest log. The Echo Trainer in question is in the cityJinzhouand go there to start the quest.
This is a fairly simple task that will teach you the basics of searching for new Echoes and upgrading existing ones. All you have to do is defeat some enemies and upgrade one of your Echos with itstemsysteem to unlock a substate for it. You will be rewarded with a small amount ofAstrietfor your problems along with someUnion EXPInShell credits.
