OfWater canis a resource in Stardew Valley. It is one of the five tools the player starts with when starting a new game. With this tool you can water all your crops and keep them healthy. It can be refilled at any water source (including the ocean, player sink, and fish ponds).

Upgrade:[]
You can upgrade the water jug several times via the blacksmith Clint. The benefits are listed below. On console versions, press and hold the utility key to select how many tiles you want to water (copper tier and above).
Water can[]
- Contains 40 units of water.
Copper water jug[]
- Water jug + 5 copper bars + 2,000g to upgrade
- Contains 50 units of water.
- Can water three farm tiles in a row.
Water jug in steel[]
- Copper watering can + 5 iron bars + 5000g to upgrade
- Contains 120 units of water.
- This allows you to water a total of 5 water tiles in a row in addition to copper.
Golden watering can[]
- Steel watering can + 5 gold bars + 10,000g to upgrade
- Contains 198 units of water.
- In addition to steel, this water can be 3x3 tiles in front of you.
Iridium water jug[]
- Golden Watering Can + 5 Iridium Bars + 25,000g to upgrade
- Holder?? units of water.
- In addition to gold, this can also water 6x3 tiles for you.
