The oldest model that supports 5G is the iPhone 12. Nothing until it supports 5G.
Please note that some carriers, especially AT&T, display "5Ge" in the status bar. It's NOT 5G. It's their "enhanced LTE" that they call "5G evolution"... It's actually 4G.

If you're talking about 5G mobile coverage: no.
5G coverage requires an iPhone 12 or 13 series.
