Methodology
Reviews.org investigated 1,000 Americans aged 18 and older with a +/- 4% error margin and a level of trust of 95%.The research results were weighed to display the characteristics of the American population with the help of available data from the American census.
The respondents were asked to refer to the screen time report of their phone to determine the average number of times a day that they check their phones, in addition to how much time they spend on their telephones in everything they spend every day.
