Responsibility
Give a customer experience of the world class.Use a proven sales process to discover and lead the unique sleep needs of each customer by a selection of sleeping number products that will deliver "the best sleep in their lives".
Build relationships with customers.Proactive and effective product functions and benefits and promotion information.
Show a diligent drive for results.
Qualifications/requirements
Unique presentation and interpersonal skills;
Previous experience with a customer-oriented role, preferably high-end sale.
A dedication to professional appearance and attitude;Willingness to represent the brand with integrity at any time.
Adept to use technology that is needed for store activities (eg POS systems) and sales presentations (eg interactive demonstrations, iPad, apps);
Able to adapt and grow in a changing, fast pace working environment.
Real desire to grow and learn, and to contribute positively to a team -oriented working environment.
Motivated by a compensation plan for payment for performance.
Possibility to work on a flexible schedule;Typical retail lessons to record evenings and at the weekend.
Must be allowed to work in the US and be able to demonstrate English language skills.Encouraged other language skills.
Minimum H.B.O.Diploma or in the same way required.
