Is it possible to have more than one tool? - Stardew Valley Q&A for PC (2024)

Does anyone know if it is a mistake or not that I have 2 water jugs. One morning I received a letter from Lewis telling me that my watering can ended up in a lost and found bin and that he returned it to me by placing it on my bed while I slept. I didn't think much of it at the time, as my first watering can had been lost among many chests (it hadn't been upgraded, so I didn't see any difference between my new one and my old one) and assumed I had really lost it. But I just found my first one. Looks like I don't need any more watering cans. They both behave very differently and both have separate water meters. I really wish I knew this before I made a bunch of sprinklers because I don't need these anymore. Thank you.
