If you've never charged it overnight, that could be a factor. I charge my Xr at night, every night, and it's still at 100%. Have you also checked the condition of the battery when it is fully charged? Then it is most accurate.

However, battery life is not measured in calendar or clock time. It is based on full charge cycles and is rated for 500 full charge cycles at 80%. So at 85% it means you've used 350 full charge cycles. Possible but unlikely in less than a year unless you charge it from 0% to 100% several times a day. Apple can monitor the number of full charge cycles, but that number is not available on the phone. If you have a Mac, you can install the free Coconut Battery app, which reports complete charge cycles.

So your battery is exactly where it should be. At approximately 350 cycles this should be 85% to meet specifications. I'm surprised you had so many charge cycles; you must be a very heavy phone user. One way to reduce the number of cycles is to charge the phone overnight every night. When the battery is fully charged, the phone will stop charging and all usage will come from the mains instead of the battery. This includes background app processing and notifications received at night.

If it reaches 80% before your warranty expires, Apple will replace the battery for free. If the battery reaches 80% or less after the warranty expires, Apple will replace the battery for $69.

I downloaded the coconut battery software and it says I have the full charging capacity of 2322 mAh, beyond the design capacity of 2642 mAh and the number of cycles is 343. I only charged it with the original iPhone adapter... what should I do? !

Yes, it could be because I use my phone a lot. But thank you very much for these answers.
