Apple has increased the battery replacement cost for iPhone 13 or older models by $20 (approximately Rs. 1,650) effective March 1. This means that battery replacements for all phones in the iPhone 13, iPhone 12, iPhone 11 and iPhone X series will now cost a whopping $89 (approximately Rs. 7,300). Earlier, it cost $69 (approximately Rs. 5,700). However, AppleCare+ subscribers can replace their iPhone batteries at no additional cost if the battery is less than 80 percent of its original capacity. Apple announced the increase in battery replacement costs earlier this year, and now the price increase is active.
According to Applesupporting side, users will have to pay $89 to replace the batteries for all out-of-warranty iPhone modelsiPhone 13,iPhone 12,iPhone 11IniPhone Xsetups. The Cupertino-based company previously charged $69 to replace the battery on these handsets. Similarly, the battery replacement cost for iPhone models is iiPhone SE,iPhone 8, and other older iPhone series now cost $69, up from $49 (approximately Rs. 4,000).

However, iPhone users can have their batteries replaced for free if they have an AppleCare+ subscription. AppleCare+ members can have their iPhone batteries replaced for free if the battery has less than 80 percent of its original capacity, the company says.
