How do I sign up for yono BUSINESS
Single user - sole owner
This type of onboarding is suitable for companies that prefer Single User with the following characteristics:
- Access rights can be selected as one of:
- Search only (transaction permissions are disabled)
- Query and transaction (transaction permissions are enabled)
- User activation can be done in both ways
- Debit card authorization
- Branch activation
- The transaction limit applicable to individual users is as stated below:

- Open a browser and enter the following in the URL www.onlinesbi.sbi
- You will see a screen like the one below.
- Click on "New company registration"
- You will be presented with a screen for registering a new company.
- Choose yono BUSINESSOf
- You will see a page with a summary of the online registration process in yono Business.
- You can click on the "NEW REGISTRATION" button to continue
- On the displayed screen, you can select the business category as Single User or Multi User.
- Click "Read more" from Single User to see details about this option
- Click "Read more" from Multiple Users to see details about this option
- Click the “CONTINUE” button for single user to proceed with the business registration for single user.
- A screen will appear where you can enter the account number to confirm company information.
- Enter the account number and click on the "Validate" hyperlink.
- Clicking the “Validate” hyperlink will enable the CONTINUE button.
- Click the "Continue" button.
- Based on the account number entered, the system identifies the company as “Sole Owner” and sends the OTP to the registered mobile number of the account holder. A screen will appear for you to enter the OTP. After entering the OTP, click on the “CONTINUE” button.
- A screen will appear to record company information. Enter the organization name, PAN, CAPTCHA and click the “Continue” button.
- A screen will appear capturing user information, with the account number pre-populated and not editable. Enter details for Name, PAN, Email Address, Address1, Address2, City, State, Country, PIN, Service (Application or Request and Transaction).
- Click the "Continue" button.
- The account activation page will appear where you can choose between:
- Activation must be done via SBI Corporate Debit Card or
- Visit the branch for account activation.
- Option A:Click on the “CONTINUE” button for activation via SBI Corporate Debit Card.
- Step A1)The system displays the list of active payment cards. Select one and click the "CONFIRM" button.
- Trin A2)The payment card confirmation page appears. Enter the payment card details, Captcha and click the "CONTINUE" button.
- Trin A3)The success message is displayed with a hyperlink to set user credentials.
- Step A4)A user ID settings page will appear. Enter the user ID and click on the "Check Availability" hyperlink.
- Trin A5)On the same page, the user can enter the login password once the user ID is validated.
- Enter the login password, confirm the password and click the "CONTINUE" button.
- Trin A6)A success message will be displayed with reference number and hyperlink to log in.
- Option B:Click on the “CONTINUE” button to go to the branch for account activation.
- Step B1)A preview page will appear to confirm all the details recorded for the entire process.
- Trin B2)Click on the "Terms and Conditions" hyperlink if you want to confirm the clauses for the use of the selected product. Close the Terms and Conditions window.
- Trin B3)Check the box to accept the "Terms and Conditions".
- Once the details on the sample page are confirmed, click the "SEND" button.
- Trin B4)Download and print the Omnibus document. Or send it to your email address to download and print from another location. Submit the form to the branch.
