Background The relationship between vascular risk factors and sections of cervical arteries (CEADs), an important cause of ischemic stroke (IS) among the young person, remains controversial.And compare it with their relationship with Non Cead.Methods This study used 2-test Mendelian randomization analyzes for the association of blood pressure (BP), lipid levels, type 2 diabetes, waist-to-hip relationships, smoking and body massage index with CEAD and non-CED.Simulating the effects of the most used BP-lowering medicines, has constructed this research genetic proxies and tested their association with CEAD and Non Cead.IDE analyzes in patients with CEAD studied researchers the relationship between weighted genetic risk results of vascular risk factors and the risk of multiple or early recurring dissections.95% BI: 1.32-1.72) and diastolic BP (OR: 2.40; 95% BI: 1.92-3.00) was higher body mass index inconsistent associated with a lower risk of CEAD.Risk of CEAD (OR: 0.65; 95% BI: 0.50-0.85), while calcium channel blockers were associated with a lower risk of non-cad (OR: 0.75; 95% BI: 0.63-0.90).BP and diastolic BP were associated with an increased risk of more or early recurring CEAD.On the right these results support a causal relationship between higher BP and increased CEAD risk and relapse and provide genetic proof of a lower CEAD risk during F3 blockers.Prevention strategies and experimental design for CEAD.(J am Coll Cardiol 2023; 82: 1411-1423) & LT; (C) & GT;2023 by the American College of Cardiology Foundation.
