How to cook
Bakken:
Conventional oven
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Cook the frozen fillets in a covered pan for 45 minutes or until the minimum temperature on the instant-read thermometer reads 170°F. (Bake the thawed brisket for 39 to 44 minutes.)

Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170°F.
†For best results when breading or marinating Tyson® Individual Frozen Chicken, remove the protective icing glaze by holding it under lukewarm running water for approximately 1 minute.
Sauter:

1. Heat the frying pan over medium heat. To prevent sticking you can use oil or non-stick spray.
2. Place the frozen chicken in the frying pan, cover the pan and fry for 10 minutes.
3. Turn the chicken, cover the pan and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the minimum internal temperature as measured with an instant-read thermometer reaches 170°F.
