There are a handful of major changes and many small things.I have mentioned a lot above, but one of the most prominent changes is with the new filling.

They also increased the size of the rear base, which makes the device longer, but also more stable in every position/exercise.This no longer means the rear pin for exercises.Which makes it more stable, but also able to get the way out of the way.
