Are you having problems with unresponsive apps? It might be time to give them a good spring cleaning. Don't worry, you don't need to uninstall the app or reset your phone. Instead, clear the app's cache or data. Doing this will remove any problematic files or errors in the app. You can also use your phone's Device Care features to limit background apps and ensure longer battery life.

Ryd in apps-cache
Clearing the app cache is a bit like cleaning up your apps. It removes leftover files that can slow down the app.
OpenInstitutionsand swipe and tapApps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. PressBulletinand then pressRyd-cache.
Remark:The only way to clear the cache of every app at the same time is toperform a factory reseton your phone.
Clear an app's data
Important:Deleting the data will reset the app to factory settings. Any personal settings or data stored in the app will be deleted. Some system apps cannot clear data.
Do you need a total makeover? Try clearing all data from the app. But keep in mind that this will reset the app completely. Make sure you write down any accounts or usernames so you can log back in after the app is reset.
