When we think of junk food, we often think of fried chicken, pizza and greasy takeaways, but did you know that chicken nuggets also fall under the category of junk food? Although we think of chicken as healthy and packed with protein, by the time a piece of chicken reaches our plates it has been heavily processed with added fat and calories, leaving little room for nutrients.
